Our Process

1. Upon your first contact, our local TV aerial installers will work with you to determine the current issue and whether the issue can be resolved with a quick fix over the phone. If not, we’ll organise a service call to come and assess your TV. 

2. When our technician arrives, we’ll assess the problem using the best equipment to determine the issue at hand. If necessary, we’ll get onto the roof to inspect the antenna. Our experience allows us to be prompt when it comes to determining and resolving the issue. 

3. Once the issue has been identified our technician will provide a full explanation of the issue and the steps needed to take to resolve it. To help keep costs down, we’ll aim to repair the antenna, otherwise we can explain your options when it comes to installing a new antenna. We have a range of antennas for your area and can install an Australian-made antenna to suit your requirements if needed.
